Any mixed opinions about ACOSF aside, I have always said that the Mark of a really good book is when you relate to both the heroes and the villains.

In this case I definitely did. I related to Cassian, the true Hero. I related to Eris the half-villain awaiting redemption. I related to Lanthys and the Kelpie as well even though they were fully villains.

I related to them all because I too, would like to make Nesta Archeron my wife.

You know as much as I know I’m going to love this book, it makes me a little bit sad to think the Cassian /Nesta story will be mostly wrapped up. I mean that’s what I’m getting from what SJM says. I love that they’ll have that happy ending and that Nesta will have earned that ending, I just don’t want it to end?

Like they were the first ship I ever wrote fanfic for. What the hell am I suppose to write after this? My own story??? Pshhhh.

It’s bittersweet I think.
