Buyer's Guide for Netcom Computer House
-Things you SHOULD KNOW BEFORE purchase- 1) We are supposed to know that: their TRUE warranty is only 3 days (from where? Beats me, maybe supermarket's receipt?) - their dictionary of "manufacturer's defect" = DOA (dead on arrival) only. 2) Other than noticeable DOA on-spot, they expect us to realize all possible problems in only 3 days; we are supposed to figure-out whatever manufacturer's defect it may have in only 3 days. 3) After THREE days, according to their salesman & Service Centre: we bought a new item just to have their Service Centre repair its manufacturer's defect JUST WITHIN the FIRST week we bought it (let's treat it like a 2nd hand item, yay).
4) They then push the matter to their supplier, saying they need their supplier's approval to proceed for replacement. It's funny, because my supplier is them, which they gave 6 months warranty only (original is 2 years warranty); their supplier should be their business, not mine.
5) Then, it's endless waiting games. We have to follow-up with them ourselves constantly (or they'll just forget about it), which they'll mostly ignore and took very long to reply.
6) After more than a month, the matter finally got settled - I were ready to go to Police. It's goddamn ridiculous - I seriously felt like I were pursuing an online scam seller.
Above was my latest purchase experience. If I know the "strictly 3 days shit" earlier, I at least wouldn't have contacted the product's online support first (to confirm it is manufacturer's defect) before contacting the salesman. For example, the PS5 controller I bought previously, its "Stick Drift" is a known problem (which I didn't know before purchase), but since it's a known problem, I just accepted it without bothering Netcom at all. But for this time, it just made me feel stupid because now, it's AFTER 3 days and I have to play Netcom's repair & waiting games JUST WITHIN the FIRST week I bought it. Online warranty replacement for manufacturer's defect is AT LEAST a week (at least 1 month from good sellers) from my experience, now I seriously don't know why I bought local for 3 days warranty only and took much longer than online to settle (for the life of me, I just can't figure out how: the total time local seller Netcom took to settle manufacturer's defect is much longer than online seller's total time of my return & their reship of replacement). Also, supposedly, buyer deals with local seller, then local seller deals with their supplier. While within the local seller's warranty, it's their responsibility to service buyer (solve the problem themselves first, then contact their supplier themselves), not direct-push buyer to their supplier (that's how I do business anyway), but oh well.
Conclusion: I don't want to have anything to do with Netcom ever again, the next time I buy from them would be over my dead body.

Brunei ISP Imagine's retardness know no bounds, why?
We need to register for imagineGo a/c BUT cannot view bills on old Imagine Broadband app or web portal OR new imagineGo (because don't have a/c!), SO how to get our "latest monthly bill statement" to know the bill no. now???
It is very stupid and retard and unreasonable to ask for "Invoice no." for new account registration, BECAUSE it's not like we even receive the bills from their side via whatever every month!

Worst Jewelry Store in Brunei - Diamond & Platinum
Selection of Earrings: The FEWEST I'd ever seen in any store, with too plain & simple designs.
Customer Service: Make me feel guilty to others if I even waste a cent on them. Definitely won't go there ever again.
Conclusion: Instead of buying Diamond & Platinum's half-price jewelry, I rather buy full price from Million Goldsmith & Jewellery - where their selections are more & NICE customer service, so definitely happy to buy from them.

What the hell's wrong with Imagine?
1) I had to explain to them how to count 12 months in a year's contract - how starting month is Mar, ending month should be Feb, NOT Mar.
Q: Why? A: Retard?
2) As per their website: their "free rental promotion" requires sign-up dream broadband with contract, which I already did online - from Telbru Home to Imagine Dream with 1 year contract. SO I should get free rental of 1 month automatically, BUT NO - they said I still need to go to their counter for free rental. Q: Why?? A: Retard!!! And who cares about social distancing anymore, huh!

【忠告】《天涯明月刀OL》12月16号更新后出BUG,账号的信用分,天天被扣分
如题,部分人的账号,在12月16号游戏更新后,连续几天被扣了50分 —— 完全没有处罚记录。发现这个bug的,都在官方论坛发了贴,可至今还没解决。
要不是我的一个号登录不了,根本不会发现这扣分的bug;毕竟你号的分数高的话,根本不会发现啊。
我的情况:我拥有的所有5个QQ账号,都是:12月17号-扣50分、12月18号-扣50分、12月19号-扣50分、12月20号-扣50分,完全没有任何理由;“gamecredit.qq” 也显示:“表现很棒,处罚那是没有的事儿~” + “近一年都没有违规行为,请继续保持健康游戏。”。
各位天刀玩家可以去:“https://gamecredit.qq.com/static/web/index.html#/creditDetails” 检查自己的账号是不是也如此 —— “近15天信用积分变化” 那里。没有的话,恭喜;有的话,和我一起默哀。
结论:出了bug,客服 + 官方论坛,都是随便复制粘贴回复了事,鸡同鸭讲,真心无语 —— 充钱给天刀网游,如同丢钱入大海,还浪费青春!
