it’s time for you to let me go
I found solace in the abyss.

July 15th
Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and weep; I am not there. I do not sleep. -Mary Elizabeth Frye
Thank you to a compassionate human being for sharing this with me.

I've read what happened with your brother. Death can be a very painful experience, even if you're not the one who is actually dying. But we all need to learn to carry on and not carry much of the past onto our shoulders. It may take awhile, of course. But, that's what your family and friends are for; they are there to help you. Best regards, mate.
It’s been 2 years.And I’m still alive. But he’s not. It’s okay, I’ll be fine. Thank you.

That’s pretty much what I’ve been up to. I still have questions. I'm learning from the world. Maybe I’ll update this blog after my journey of backpacking the Himalayas. Later stranger.
