I really like writing descriptive/flowery stuff and dialogue isnt really my strong suit so most of my fics will probably have little dialogue- I’m yapping but thank you so much for the kind words! I hope to put more writing out soon!!

"Normal" Yandere! Ansel

Very poor writing, not proofread, severed limbs, blood, allusion to inappropriate touching, general yandere behavior. [let me know if I missed something!]

Your boyfriend Ansel was a bit odd. Cryptic even.

He didn’t like many people, not even your friends, and he had… interesting hobbies; collecting animal bones, teeth, the like, but you loved him nonetheless. 

Though recently you were having strange dreams. He was always the focal point. Always staring down at you with his intense yet lovely stare, his hair floating in the abyss of your dream, murmuring words that you could never end up deciphering. Sometimes you feel another presence in the dreams. Watching. Waiting. Though you could never read its intentions. The dreams were always short and always left you waking in the night filled with dread. It didn't help that your job bartending kept you out late into the night and your coworker kept leaving very obvious hints he was interested in you despite only speaking with him about work.

With a gasp you sat up in bed. Looking at your lover sleeping still beside you, a hand grasped around your arm despite him usually sleeping straight as a board. You admired him, glowing in the moonlight, but were startled out of your loving stare when one eye sharply opened.

"Why are you awake?" His voice, cool and smooth yet tired

"Strange dreams" You smiled, not wanting to worry him. "Go back to sleep my love"

But it seems the vagueness of your answer only served to agitate him, and he sat up in bed. Cupping your cheek, his dark magenta eyes stared into yours, almost pitch black in the dark of night.

"It's something more than dreams. Tell me... ...please." You could hear the concern in his voice but his staring unnerved you more. You relented, but only told half your plight, mentioning no more of the dreams.

"It's just some trouble at work, my coworker got a bit in my personal space, but you know how he is! It's nothing to fret over!..." As you stopped speaking, Ansel's expression turned too a dark glower, concealed by the darkness. Yet he said nothing, guiding you to lay beside him and curling into you.

Stunned, you wrapped an arm around him and tried to forget the late night conversation.

Soon you learned just what a mistake that was.

The dreams continued, but they changed. Ansel would be curled around you, murmuring unintelligibly in your ear, the only thing you could decipher was a dark "mine." before the dream ended. Two days after you and Ansel's odd conversation, your coworker didn't show up for his shift. More work and tips you supposed, but when you returned home Ansel was waiting, a gift box in hand.

"I have a gift for you." He started, standing to meet you and offering you the box. "Uh... my Father said you would like it very much"

As you carefully untied the ribbon around the box you smiled, until you smelt it.

Blood.

By the time the cloying metallic scent reached your nose, the box was open, and inside was a pair of hands. Severed hands, cupped and holding a bloodied tongue.

"I fixed your problem my love. Now he can't lay his hands on you again, can't speak of you in that disgraceful way anymore. Do you like it?"
