I taken 150 grams kabul channa, and keep it whole night in water or keep it in water 7 hours. First I boiled the chick peas 10 minutes. After I fried in two table spoon oil white gram two red chillies, curry leafs little bit, and add boiled kabul channa in that and fried two minutes. I taken whole fried Ingredients in bow and add chat masala, cummin powder, coriander powder, onions, green chillies, coriander, lemon juice, I mix all the ingredients well. Its made wonderful chat.
