For all the obsession with omegaverse and mpreg I am surprised I have never seen anyone use the concept of mutual pregnancy. Like A gets B pregnant and B gets A pregnant. I usually hate pregnancy in fics (f or m) but I would lowk be down for this. Imagine "oh no we had sex twice and now we're both pregnant!"
