This Halloween I am brining you budget make-up looks using VIVO Cosmetics. Instead of focusing on the dark looks this Halloween I wanted to try something fun, sparkly with a hint of dark magic! A look that glimmers with full-out magic, sequins-and-glitter, inspired by a super-fancy ethereal unicorn!
