       hc that goris being smol compared to other deathclaws was partially due to his age; he was able to pass for a large, cloaked human (or small supermutant)  so easily because he was a young adult that was still growing. in verses where he is older, it becomes difficult for him to pretend without crouching down even further, which becomes uncomfortable after long periods of time. he’s still much smaller than the average deathclaw -let alone an alpha- but that hardly ever seems to ease a human’s nerves when first meeting him.
