Hey Outlander People

I asked my friend Miss E. about this whole situation. My friend Miss E. has a Job nicer than mine, she is a journalist but work in the area of entertainment. She is one of those lucky people who receive invitations for events and do interview with beautiful people while drinking a good wine. In my work I only drink wine when I don't want to be sober enough to look at the face of my boss.

What do you think of all this big effort to prove they are not a couple? Do you think there was a" marketing" to make people believe that they are together and it got out of control now?

Miss E- "I think when something doesn't exist, no one need to try so hard to prove the non-existence, because nobody cares.

This would be a situation where there would be no winners. You can't just erase people's menory. I know that many journalists thought they were a couple because of the way they acted at public and private events. We work with entertainment and we don't think that actors are together just because they are working together. It would be weird and unprofessional in our job.

No, I don't think everything was marketing. What could they profit from it? Be famous just because they are a couple? Actors and actresses run from this stereotype. I was here when Angelina forbade us to ask her something about Brad in Mr &Mrs Smith . We know also identify a fake romance. Everything in a fake romance is artificial, nothing happens in an organic way. Fake romances follow a script, like a TV show but are- typically -badly written scripts.

Purv posted a screencap of DG's latest forum comments on shippers. DG is a liar, retconner of reality, arrogant, piece of shit who is getting richer iff the very faction if tge fandom she detests. She needs to be called out and STFU.

I saw what she said earlier, and I honestly don’t give a fuck what she thinks she knows about shippers. She is Jon Snow: she knows nothing. She’s also a proven liar who has an inflated sense of self-importance to this show and fandom.

Anyways, the interesting part about all of this is that no one can stop talking about shippers. Will shippers stop watching? Will shippers leave the fandom? Will shippers do this? Will shippers do that? What are they saying? And on and on. I thought we were small and unimportant and delusional. Why do all these people keep flocking to our accounts to see what we’re doing and saying? It’s been happening for the entire time these bullshit narratives have been put out to the fandom. Wonder why that is.

Why didn't I know about this raffle?

Every pic of Cait and her intended, she looks like he's the new kid at school and she was asked to show him around. She brings him to all the places, makes the intros, then she engages with her real friends while he hangs around the periphery. She's been with him for four years! 🤷🏻‍♀️. He might as well be a random fan who won a "spend the event with Caitriona Balfe" raffle.

Yeah.  I mean I REALLY don’t get their relationship.  I can’t see what she is getting out of this, besides a Plus 1 for industry events, and a person happy to carry her baggage around. 

I don’t see the attraction, but apparently it’s working for them.🤷‍♀️

Sadly this engagement announcement hasn’t done much to improve Cait’s visibility with new fans, or endeared her to the old ones. 

All it’s done is get her relegated to Page 34 of the latest People Mag,  with zero exposure as a 3 time GG nominee.  

Whatever the goal was for this public announcement, I don’t think it’s worked out as planned.

Horrible news has come through that Dolores O’Riordan from The Cranberries has passed away at the crazy early age of 46!!

Am speechless!!

She was one of the female voices of my teens and the only one who was a fellow Irish woman.

She was only 46, a little older than me.

Such a talent - gone just like that !! And she has a young family too!!

Oh feck it 😭😭

Things I always think are weird

So waaay back in 2013 when Liam and Miley “broke up” because Liam was supposedly too much of a prude to handle Miley’s twerk (🙄) and was seen the next day making out with a hot actress…. When it happened I thought “OK that’s weird but OK.”

Then fast forward 18 months and they’re starting to drop hints they’re back together again.

Funny how Liam was a leading man for Lionsgate at the time. 🤔🤔🤔
