i remember the fact that they had to share stories of themselves in Nehkbet, buuuuut i also can’t remember a shit ton about that episode in general. i remember frost didn’t tell one and just seemed to be avoidant of it. it’s been a hot second since i’ve seen that episode, but if my little rat brain is connecting two neurons together for once,

then i THINK that Frost was asked in some type of way to give up a story so they could press onwards. but my memory fizzles out after that :P

and YEAH!! I think that the at least one reasons for Frost’s avoidance of discussing himself and his past is because he’s simply just too scared to do it. A part of me says that it would be almost like admitting that he’s drifted so far away from the original training he’d been through for so many years, and that he doesn’t want to even think that he’s grown so apart from it. Another part of me is whispering that maybe the Psionic Order itself is extremely secretive. That had been drilled into Frost’s head since he got there that no one was allowed to share information about the Order unless they wanted to face severe consequence. Maybe it’s that fear that keeps him from talking about himself and his past. That if he talks about himself, he’ll tell more about the Order than he was supposed to. It would be a completely irrational fear, but one that he just can’t shake off. idk. my Secretive Order headcannon seems a little like a stretch to me, tbh, but it could be fun to play around with :P 

I think that Gricko would’ve probably been a little sad over it for a while— like, bros probably told Frost his entire life story atp, and Frost has told him either veeeery little or nothing at all abt his own life— but he’d eventually develop the mindset of smth like: “eh, that’s jus’ how Frosty is. he ain’t gonna change, and I ain’t gonna make him.” i do think that Gricko would still be frustrated over Frost’s almost-to-the-point-of-being-unhealthy-mysteriousness sometimes. and who could blame him for that, really, though? he’d have known Frosty for a long-ass time atp, and yet sometimes it’d be like he barely knows him at all :0

they *did* kinda have to do that story-sharing, but like… yeah, did they ALL have the share a story…? i cant quite remember what Frost learned from his story, but im pretty sure the only two prophecies that were actually useful were Torbek’s and Gideon’s… and they couldn’t even REMEMBER Gideon’s… but yep, kremy’s rotten on the inside. i’d bet my money that kremy would’ve used a “you’re my employee, i’m your employer” sort of trick to get the story out of Frost. but i’d also say that while kremy would’ve manipulated the story out of Frost, he’d also have enough respect for Frost to keep his story— or, at least, most of the details— to himself. kremy’s quite the character :/
