#This is not the spirit of the question but the only thing that comes to mind is playing resident evil 1 remake#The cutscene near the beginning when the zombie turned to look at you was the source of many a nightmare#I also think that's when the problem started because I became fucking obsessed with that game#And survival horror as a genre#It scared me but it also CHANGED me#Also I have no idea why I had access to that game as a six year old but that's probably why it was a formative experience
