“It just bothers me that no one asks, they just all assume I don’t help them or that all I do is watch. If any of the other spiders are similar in the sense to him that he is, I believe they have enough genius between all of them to defeat their enemies and find their way back home.”

“I know, but haven’t you met anyone here you’d give anything to protect? I know they can take care of themselves to a degree and that if they work together they can fix this given the right motivations and that sort of thing. I just wish I didn’t feel like such a spectator when all I want to do is dig around and help.  I’ll figure it out though, I can help them I just have to figure out how without putting them in more danger. If it has been infiltrated or destroyed, my suggestion would be for you to find the perpetrator who did it. Perhaps that is as good a place to start as any.”

“I know... I didn’t expect you to, but it never hurts to ask for help right? I’m pretty sure I know who but, there’s not a lot I can do physically to fix it. I have my limitations, rules I have to follow that I can’t break or my family they... they’ll hurt the people I care about. I did once and they cursed Mina, and I couldn’t stand it if something else happened to the Spiders or anyone else I care a bout down here just because they’d have the opportunity. It’s the reason I don’t step in as often as I want to when things happen to the spiders. If I could I’d make it so that nothing ever happened to them, but I can’t do that. As long as whatever happens drives their lives forwards towards the lives the fates have foreseen for them, there... there’s nothing I can do.”
