I’ve been on testosterone for years now, a lot of it’s genetic, too. There’s the obvious: hormones, binding, surgery, etc. That stuff isn’t always available. Here’s some tips that helped me.

Work out your upper body. I focus on arms and chest usually but I would definitely also recommend working on your back, too.

Mess with your eyebrows, I would always just let them get really bushy.

Don’t worry about facial hair. If it makes you feel better to draw it on, go ahead, but you don’t need facial hair to be a guy.

For haircuts, sometimes they’ll give you some pointy sideburns to feminize the look. Take a pair of scissors and chop those off. It’ll make you look 10x more masculine.

Lastly, just be yourself. There’s no one way to be a man. Let go of the idea that gender has all these rigid structures because it really doesn’t.
