"It's yellow..."

Some of the unnamed Nruelian! I don’t remember if I ever posted her here. She’s my SWTOR Jedi knight OC. When she gets her first lightsaber, it's not blue or green, but yellow.

No alarm bells, right? Yellow is rare but not unheard of for a Jedi. She still makes for a great Jedi and eventually Jedi knight. But alarm bells ring when this promising and successful Jedi gets her second saber..... which is orange.

NAJDJSJSN I love parallels! I'm hopefully making an obvious nod to Darth Revan and his two sabers. I've also been loving just using screenshots of SWTOR for the background. I love searching around the game for a good background. We're going to pretend the background I used for this drawing is the forge because I don't think you can access the forge after you do the quest for it. I also had trouble deciding which color saber to choose for her, so thank you to the moots who let me bounce around ideas JANDJSKS

I don't believe this portrait of Krieva ever saw the light of day. And for good reason HAJFOWO it was pretty wonky. I polished it up a bit!

I did a fun little thing and drew my little Cyberpunk 2077 sona/OC in the Cyberpunk Edgerunners style!! It's not perfect, but l had a ton of fun. I haven't tried to mimic an anime or cartoon style in a good minute.

Some perspective practice with my MC from my TRR superhero AU. I’m not sure if I ever talked about it here.

As a reminder of the AU from my first post about it: MC is a retired hero, having been a hero in her teens, and her powers include lightning that's hot pink. After the death of one of her teammates, the group disbanded and they finished high school. After that, they went their separate ways. MC stayed in New York, but her hero past haunts her a lot. She jumped at the chance to leave NY when Liam was having his bachelor party, not realizing what she signed up for. At least, she doesn't realize until she's in too deep, competing for the hand of a man she didn't love and possibly becoming queen for the sake of Maxwell's family.

Future rat commissions! 🐀

Once this semester is over and I have more time, I plan on opening up small (rat drawing-based) commissions in the name of helping people in Palestine because I've noticed my art, fandom related or otherwise, gets much more reach than any answered ask

I'm hoping that the previous and continued enthusiastic support I've recieved for my rat drawings garner more attention by doing it this way

People will be able to request for any character to be drawn as a rat given that they show proof that they've donated a minimum of $5 USD (€4.67) to a Palestinian fundraiser. The plan right now is to only do line-drawings, as I've previously done, BUT colored and rendered pieces can be negotiated depending on the size of the donation

I've been planning this project for a while, but I haven't had the time. I'm privilaged enough to be busied with things other than the genocide in Palestine, and while I do my part when I can when it comes to helping, I want to do more to encourage others as well

Classes for me end in December, so we're looking at these commissions opening up December 16th of this year (2024), and I'll post more details about this when we get closer to that date
