Spiritual hits, synchronicity and signs coming in strong.

One of the first signs of awakening is synchronicity. Your phone rings and it’s the person you were just dialing, repeating numbers, talking about something that just shows up, overheard conversations that answer a question you had. Nothing you come across right now is an accident. The universe’s intelligence is using synchronicity as a guide to feed us information for our awakening.

Time to turn on your ability to download information and instructions from your intuition. One of the most important things you need to know is how to ask the right questions. To ask for clear messages on your path. To ask for miracles.

.

Realize that the universe isn’t testing you, You are testing yourself. That’s why the tests always feel like they are designed so specifically for you. Because they are. Even when those carefully curated higher self endorsed tests come and you know they are there in that moment to give you the opportunity to practice the exact soul lessons you’ve been working on,

still annoying. 😆

.

Just remember you always have the ability to control the speed of your upgrades, downloads and higher self installations. You can definitely ask for it to dialed down if you begin to feel overwhelmed. As you reverse all of the socially conditioned programs, it will fill feel like a death. So please take your time.

Wellness Wednesdays are for checking in with yourself to making sure your mental, emotional, physical health is good and your energy feels grounded and light💗

If you check in with yourself and you need some self-care mid-week, take time to decide which areas you need some love in and find the appropriate activities to get you feeling joyful and well again🌷

Remember, that there are lots of things that are considered self-care, such as praying, meditating, taking a shower/bath to relax, physical activity, reading, journaling... the list goes on and on. The point is, self-care is not Selfish, its actually simple things like taking a shower to feel clean and good, praying to connect with God/Spirit, making a home cooked meal for yourself instead of frozen food, etc.💗

Honor the temple of your Soul, Mind, and Body, this IS Self-Care, this IS what has always been intended by God/Spirit because our bodies house our divine spirit, and our minds interpret our perception of our divine experiences of reality and our ability to stay connected to the Divine while being grounded in this dimension of reality to learn and grow on our soul's evolution🌱
