She was originally under the care of a segyein who experimented with different substances and was pumped full of a drug called Chronead, which was meant to enhance her performance as a singer but ended up making her have heart issues and hallucinations

Deeming them as broken, their old caretaker threw them into an adoption program where they were taken in by Jukai. He then sent them to Anakt Garden at their request, where they met their soon to be best friends, Yasu and Keiya

It grew really fond of the two, but after an unfortunate incident where the two ended up dead, it grew despondent to the people around it. Its hallucinations only grew worse, and with the voices of the dead constantly filling its ears, it needed an escape

When she had the chance, she fled from the garden and ended up in the streets. There, she was found by Mocha, who reminded her so much of Keiya that she couldn't help but cling onto them, building an unhealthy dependency to them

They're very withdrawn from the other members of Setup and Takedown, not wanting to get attached and risk having more deaths to worry about. They tend to sit in their room by themself, trying to get their panic under control

Its role in Setup and Takedown is a backup patrol member. Jiyuka in particular doesn't like sending it out on missions, but it is scarily efficient when it comes to killing off segyein. As a result, it usually tags along with Vic on his missions if nobody else is available

He was initially raised with his sister, Trix, by their guardian, who favored him and wanted him to be the one to compete in Alien Stage. As a result, he was sent to Anakt Garden first, having to leave Trix behind to the abuse of their guardian

Having faced the horrors of segyein all his life, he grew to distrust and hate them easily. This was a stark contrast to his only friends at Anakt Garden, Theo and Pale. He cared for them both, but was not willing to stay just for them

He planned his escape and left his friends behind, living out on the streets and jumping from resistance group to resistance group. It wasn't until he was found by Orian and brought in by her that he found a permanent place to call home. He joined around the same time as fellow member, Jessie

Now one of the most infamous members of Setup and Takedown, he's known in wanted posters for his violent nature and tendency to take down groups of segyein without anyone's support

He prides himself in his ability to protect others, and blames himself whenever a fellow member of the resistance gets hurt. He often tries his best to be the only member to go outside, only bringing others along if forced to

His closest companions include Ember, who is his QPP, Trix, Cindy, Felix and Token. He cherishes them all deeply, and would frankly lose his mind if he ever found out any of them got hurt. He looks up to Orian and Jiyuka a lot, and respects them as leaders

They were born as the second segyein prince of a small, far-off planet with not too much influence. Unfortunately, their parents found them to be a disgrace due to one of their forms taking on a human-like appearance

As a result, she was sent off to Anakt Garden after her parents funded her transfer. She often forced herself to stay in her human form, only shifting to her segyein form late at night

While at the garden, they met Luna and Lydia, who they grew a huge attachment to. However, they were always too scared of confessing how they felt due to their lineage growing up

She was constantly bullied and belittled by the segyein that watch over Anakt Garden, and desperately wanted to escape. After making a plan with Luna with Lydia's help, the two attempted to escape together

Unfortunately, they were forced to leave Luna behind after she was caught. Lost and confused, they snuck around the streets until Vic ended up finding them and took them in

She's now a part of Setup and Takedown but doesn't leave base too often due to the high bounty on her head. She prefers to help with the planning and taking care of any of the children at the base

Though she has her own group, that doesn't stop her from being friendly with everyone at ANAKT Garden

Thalynora also watched old human movies with Cindy, making her develop a love for them (especially movie musicals)

She gives her a phone-like device that allows her to watch movies at ANAKT Garden and she watches them with her friends

In the beginning of her time at ANAKT Garden she was happy to be there and excited to perform in her favorite show. After Brandon's suicide when they were 14, she grew to despise it

They were the result of an experiment their parents went through, and was born with a power they were told to keep secret. They have the ability to read people's minds as long as they consume a part of the other person. The closer they are to the person, the better they can access their memories.

He initially grew up in Anakt Garden and started off as a bit of a lone wolf. He was seen as very eccentric and aloof by others, and as such kept to himself. He didn't see a reason to be around the "powerless" students anyway

Although they tried to keep themself hidden, Jukai ended up noticing something was off with them and immediately hounded them to hang out. They were drawn into his little group after that, and even started dating him, Seiji and Yukiko.

Things took a turn for the worst when he went to perform in Alien Stage. In the semi-finals, he lost his round and tried to run. He ended up getting stuck under some concrete and lost his arm, before escaping after killing a guard

They wandered the streets for a long time before they bumped into Felix, who eventually brought them to Orian. They went on to help Orian start Setup and Takedown

He now spends his time managing the resources and helping with all of Setup and Takedown's plans, not wanting to go out into the world due to knowing his ex lover is still looking for him

Experimented on until a hasty escape, Token was left with an inexplicable illness with no foreseeable cure. He is a member of the resistance and has been on the run for seven years.

Vic was originally supposed to be a student of ANAKT Garden, having been raised with his sister, Trix, by the same Guardian. However, their Guardian seemed to favor him a lot more, and he was often forced to watch as they beat Trix. She was so young, and even though it was all he knew, he wanted out. He wanted to bring Trix with him so badly, but she was locked in a room he couldn't access, so he was forced to leave without her.

He lived out on the streets for a while, jumping from resistance group to resistance group just to survive. He knew he wasn't a permanent member in any of the groups he infiltrated, and as such, grew very cold and harsh towards other humans. He eventually finds a group with Orian, and his work as a big time resistance member begins there. He didn't fully trust that he was going to be there for a long time, but after years of staying with the group, he found it easier to call them his group (his home, even, but he'd never say it himself).

As mentioned, he is very harsh towards the group, often isolating himself in his room and only coming out when necessary. However, he can and will go batshit if he hears that anyone got injured. He'll scold whoever got injured all while treating their injuries before going out just to fuck up some aliens. He also refuses to let people go on dangerous missions, volunteering himself as much as possible just to make sure that everyone else stays safe. He easily obtains one of the largest alien kill counts by far.

At worst, he comes off as very scary and intimidating to new members. At best, he becomes a distant yet protective older brother figure that desperately pretends he doesn't care. Cindy and Token are the two most people would consider him to be close too, since he's not often seen without one of them. Even with his family in the rebellion, he pays a lot of attention to Alien Stage, hoping that he can catch a glimpse of his sister and see how she's doing.
