I made an album with ~300 4K screenshots from the Arendelle Ice Calamity video! If you're out of the loop, it's a storybook-style short from the Disney Princess YouTube channel. I think it's really cool how they animated the lovely style from their books and merch, and I love Elsa and Anna's new outfits!

I love how Anna's optimism is portrayed. Anna went through so much growing up, and yet she never gave up hope for a better life. When she finally has the life she dreamed of, she truly cherishes it. But then Frozen II challenges her unrelenting optimism with the fear of losing this new life. I think this shows important growth for Anna—she's still wonderfully optimistic, but she's not naïve.

Also for the record, I love how Frozen 2 portrayed Elsa and Anna’s protectiveness over each other. Elsa only breaks her promise because she’s trying to protect Anna, and she does have a point – it would’ve been incredibly dangerous for Anna to cross the Dark Sea. Elsa knows Anna will be upset, but it’s worth it if she can keep Anna safe. It’s a great parallel to the conflict throughout their childhood

...And then later Elsa's like, "well we TECHNICALLY did it together in the sense that we were both working toward the same goal, just in separate locations ☝🤓😊." Like girl that is NOT what Anna meant!!
