I wont lie, its been pretty frustrating the past like week because of this odd issue i'm having with tumblr. by all means I can post & reblog which is fine and the point but not being able to use the messaging feature, though i rarely use it and not being able to reply is a far greater annoyance than i expected. In addition it makes my blog virtually invisible in the tagging system and creates a myriad of ghost notifications for anyone i interact with.

that being said i moved again without changing the url to what i have here. I have had this url for over 8 years, a fraction of my actual time on tumblr which could possibly be more than a decade at this point. when i created this replacement blog is seemingly is experiencing the same issue and the sideblog i have (matoyaa) seems to on & off be inflicted with this issue then is recovered.

I dont really wanna deal with it tbf, im lazy and tired so ive made a new blog that i am hard pressed to advertise. idm if you follow me on any other blog that you summarily choose not to follow where i am now, but I figured it would be respectful at least to mention that I have moved.

I am once again consolidating. I had a separate blog for my final fantasy posts because I am primarily a mass effect head, its where i started, and likely were ill end, but final fantasy 14 takes up the bulk of my attention (among other games) and separating these two things no longer makes sense to me.

i wont delete this blog or matoyaa, I am simply archiving them. they will persist and exist on this website, but I won't be on them save to log on every now and then to ensure they arent auto deleted or anything.

I have gone here where I am seemingly on a fully functional no issue blog for the time being. I dont know if i will experience the same issues there but if i do lol likely to just leave tumblr behind to avoid the myriad of frustration. it will be a blog of whatever i feel like posting regardless o game or content so i wont advertise it as anything other than my blog with my junk on it, as a blog should be. I don't plan on reposting anything because it already exists on the blogs I own, no need to create duplicates. Plus i feel like that would make me insanely annoying and again i'm lazy.

if you come to this blog and see that it is shadowbroker2. This blog got clapped so I moved/migrated to shadowbroker. At this time of making this post my new blog is too new to do anything or appear anywhere so I will probably follow mutuals from this blog there in a few days.

I see a lot of folks lament that they want to talk about their ocs, share their art or fics or whatever but they don't because they don't think anyone will care or they don't want to "be annoying".

And maybe its a symptom of content culture in general where people think they have to have an audience to make it "worth" posting their ideas but you can literally just start!

Maybe no one will care. Maybe the things you spent a lot of time and effort on will get no notes at all but its not less than if you never shared at all.

It's scary to put stuff out there, especially when people can be nasty for no reason. But seriously, there is absolutely no harm in just gushing about your oc unprompted. It's not annoying. Fandoms thrive on this shit.

Go forth, share your gotdamn ocs.
