Hi :) I just wanted to say that I honestly feel the same way that you do about your answer to the anon.... And to be frank, I've only started having an interest in Ed last year but not due to the fact of 1D, but I sort of went into a rabbit hole in Youtube where everything is just perfect and just so rare, and then, I found him. But even then, I appreciated him by his music. I just wish people would recognize him by that again. I've never liked an artist this long before.. I really haven't.
I've only liked Ed for like 1 and 1/2 to two years as well because tom felton tweeted about him one day... I loved it before the directioners took over our little community... he was the artsit that turned me on to better music than the top 50... and the directioners I feel are taking that away from

Why aren't you running this blog a lot anymore
Okay before I go on a rant let me make it clear that I love Ed as an artist and always will because he is wonderful.
Okay now there was this point in time when I made this blog that Ed was not huge at all in the United States and there were only a select few of us bloggers for him, no drama, no weird sexual advances towards pictures, just cool people sharing the same love for music. That changed when One Direction started promoting him....
Now we have their annoying tween fangirls on here mentioning how sexy he looks in one gif, writing his lyrics on paint samples, relationg everything about him to one direction and adding drama to the place and I feel they don't love him for his music but rather because 1D likes him... I know that these fangirls will eventually fade so I have not given up hope in this blog which is why I come back on every once in a while.
My hope is that Ed's next album is darker than usual, but also extremely deep in which all these fangirls that don't truly appreciate him for his music will leave.

I Have been out forever since I decided to focus on school! But since (most) of you have wonderful taste in music because you like Ed I decided I would do a top 15 albums of 2012 to hopefully share some new music with everyone!
NUMBER 1 GOES TO.......
The lovely and humble Ed Sheeran with his album "+"
(I know this came out in 2011, and I've been listening to it for more than a year but it came out in the USA where I live in 2012 so I counted it)
