Dear future "me"

Dear future me, I don’t know you well, not yet anyway,  but  I hope you will be just like the person I imagine in my dreams.  For you I have many dreams… more than I can count.  

One of my biggest dreams is for you to live a life full of joy, hope, love, laughter, happiness, peace, kindness, goodness and faithfulness.

May you keep on walking the everlasting path with Jesus and may you influence others to go along with you.

The present me knows that there will be difficulties along the way, but I also hope that in the future I would have learnt enough so that the future me can take all those things head on.

Knowing that the future me will most probably be living my present dreams is quite exciting…

  Dear future me in a year - I dream/pray that you will learn how to be able to enjoy life to the fullest. Live is in fact only once and you do not get to do it over. I’ve got a picture of the future me, but I hope you will exceed all expectations.

  Dear future me in probably 5 years – I dream/pray that you will have completed your studies and that you would be qualified… as what, I’m not currently sure, but by this time you would already have made up your mind (I mean “I” would have).

  Dear future me in probably 6 years – I dream/pray that you will meet a great guy that loves Jesus, someone who can guide you, whom is loving, caring someone you can laugh with, share all your secrets with, make new dreams with and most importantly someone with whom you can praise the Lord and be able to grow together according to His will.

  Dear future me after the 6 years – I dream/pray that you will have found that amazing guy, be married to him, live in (my) dream house, not to big nor to small, I also hope that God will bless you with children to so that they can bring joy in both you and your husband’s life. I dream that you will keep that special bond with your family forever!

  God has already written down every single detail of my life and I’m so excited to see what it is. I will enjoy every step because I know Jesus will be right beside me and that he will carry me in times of difficulty.

My Bieber experience! 12 May 2013

My name is Larochelle Pieterse and I'm 18 years old. I am from a small town in South Africa. I met Justin on the 12th of May 2013.

I feel so blessed to be able to write about MY Bieber experience! 

First I want to tell how and when I became a Belieber. On the 25th of March 2010 I saw a photo of Justin sitting on a bicycle in a South African magazine (I know the date because I kept the magazine). I immediately liked him; I haven't seen any other photos or heard any of his songs before. I remember telling my mom that this boy is very special. After that I started searching him on Youtube and I got Twitter because of him.

  In December 2012 tickets for Justin's #BelieveTour were released and I bought a Golden Circle ticket. All the online tickets were sold out in a few minutes - I think it was less than 8 minutes. Meet and greet tickets weren't available yet. In January Meet and greet tickets were on sale and I wanted to buy one, but had to wait for money to be transferred in my account and it was too late, because the tickets were sold out later that day. I was devastated!! Everyday I went to check if there might be some more available and it was about two weeks later when one night my order for the M&G ticket went through. I was soooooo happy as you can imagine. The next day we called to make sure that is was for real and they confirmed, I finally got proof that my dream wasn't too far away anymore

  Months before I thought about what I would say to him and what gift I'll give to him. I am a reborn artist (someone who makes dolls that looks like real babies) so I decided to make a portrait baby doll that looks like Justin as a baby and give it to him (actually for Pattie). Some people find these dolls weird and some say it is fascinating. I've spent more or less 100 hours on the doll and it is worth R 2 500(South African Rand) I printed my contact details on the doll's shirt. I do not know if he received the doll, as for they did not contact me yet.

  On the 12th of May 2013 aka best day of my life while standing in M&G line I made new friends and I asked some for their Twitter names, but I couldn't even type on my phone because I was so nervous and excited. This was a feeling I never had before, not EVER. 

  When it was my turn to meet him I asked the security if I could give the doll to him personally but I had to put it with the other gifts. When I walked in Justin smiled at me (not an ordinary smile, it was a deep, sweet, cute, gorgeous smile) I took the photo with him; I could not say anything I guess I was lost in his wonderful eyes. He looked like an angel! Afterwards I actually thought he had a white shirt on, but when I got the photo on bieberfever.com I saw that he had a black shirt on. I truly thought he looked like an angel... lol

It was the best 2 seconds of my life and worth every penny. Everyone deserves to meet our gorgeous Idol.
