Kaeya Keychain = 100 SEK (there weren't many good kaeya things and I was a little desperate, I really like the detail of having the mora coin for them tho)

Kazuha Keychain by @hanavabara (my favorite buy probably!!! It's so pretty and glittery, and the key attachment is heartshaped!)

Hu Tao sweater = 55 euro (pretty nice material, very pretty, I like that it's kinda casual enough that if anyway recognizes it it's because they also like genshin)

FORGOT TO MENTION!!!! MOST IMPORTANT PART:

Kaeya still being loved by the people around her, and having her previous thoughts about herself as inherently untrustworthy or unlovable be disproven! And furthermore, people enjoying seeing them be themselves more openly. More open about excitement, irritation, emotions and expressions generally (PERSONALLY, kaeya currently comes off as pretty guarded, and like all their emotions are to some extent filtered to fit the 'persona' they are embodying. Even when she's being genuine, she has to paint over a layer of drama and detachment.) It's like that whole thing of comparing pretransition photos to present day and seeing a new light in a person's eyes.

Their names are Mei (top) and Terra (bottom)

They are technically long distance, however Mei is "temporarily" staying at Terras place during a vacation. Terra has vitilago because her design has ladybug elements, and I wanted her to have the "eye markings" and spots on her back. Terras design has elements from symbols of luck (ladybugs and acorns) to contrast Meis name meaning unlucky. Mei is a fake ginger.

When I saw the lantern rite skin I immediately wanted to draw a (minor) redesign of it, but then the days turned to weeks turned to months... Better late than never, right?

I dont have many complaints about this skin, its fun and cute and actually makes the leg warmers work! However,

While i loved the dark red coat, most everything else was so gray compared to her base skin, so i wanted to give her some more color. Also, her shirt under the coat just looks like a onesie to me, so i basicslly entirely diregarded it. Also, obviously, if winter outfit, why bare legs?

Nordic creatures AU pt 2, Arlecchino!

As "mylingfader" or "father of myling"

"Myling" were, originally, the ghosts of children who were buried outside of church graveyards (aka outside of christened land) and were practically used to scare and shame women who did mediveal "abortions" (most of the children who didn't receive a proper burial were unwanted pregnancies as a result of an unmarried couple or rape, and were killed by their mothers shorts after birth.) Despite dying within days of being born, mylingar are usually as ghastly children between 5 to 10 years old. They are usually dressed in sleeping gowns and covered in mud (which is why Arle gets to keep her dark hands in this design.) They are usually incapable of physical harm, but very distressing with their screaming and crying and typical ghost behaviour.

This is where I will adress a problem that will persist throughout this series, being that a lot of folklore was created to dehumanize minority groups. Im still going to include some of these problematic creatures, such as mylingar which convey a pro-life message, and rewrite the worst parts. If this rewrite or the inclusion is still offensive please let me know! Id rather scrap this series than contribute to offensive stereotypes.

In this AU, mylingar are children who died as a result of parental abuse or neglect. Arlecchino herself is one, however due to her not having been entirely human while she was alive (because khaenri'ah) she retains the ability to age and interact with the physical world. Due to her experience of the pain as a myling, and her greater ability to help, she seeks out mylingar to join her orphanage where she hopes to give them a second chance at life, and maybe some form of revenge. Over the years she learns to descreetly and cleanly take revenge she is sought out by a group called the fatui, who Ill write more about in Pierros design.

A lot of stories about mylingar have them singing, either to terrorize their mother or to tell the story of their death, and thus Arle has a bard-like blouse and vest. Her fire elements are supposed to resemble the trails of ghostly aura (think the lights on wuwang hill) but also hint at her death.
