Here’s another build using the new expansion pack, Businesses&Hobbies! It’s a romantic and luxurious bed & breakfast inspired by Italy, without CC!

It’s built in Sulani on a 40x30 lot, overall there are 4 guest bedrooms (and a bedroom with a kitchennette + private bathroom for the owner) and 5 bathrooms in total + a small pottery studio and shop on the side❣️

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: MOONL1GHTSEEKER, HootOfTheSims, BansheeHVO, rosemow, catatron16.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I hope you’ll like it!

This mod adds 8 realistic, grounded and immersive night-shift careers, and 2 teen part-time jobs. No CEO dream paths here. No skipping steps. Just real work, late hours, and small promotions earned the hard way.

Each career includes 9 levels, dozens of custom notifications, and a realistic progression where your Sim starts at the bottom and works their way up — slowly, quietly, and with pride. Careers are basegame, except for MPA that requires Discover University for the Search & Debate skill. 📄 A PDF file is included in the downloads for those who want to read a full breakdown of each career’s levels, progression, and required skills.

Hotfix for if the crib is not working DL HERE For some weird reason the crib throws routing errors randomly, so I made a copy that runs tuning as "custom" even if it's unedited. This is a band aid fix until I can figure out why it's doing this. Keep in mind that you can only have one version of the crib in at the same time!

This set was made in a week. From concept doodles art, to modeling, over texturing, and then QA testing - and I am incredibly proud of it! This was so much fun!! (and I think my own joy shows in the pieces)

A custom loading screen is one that replaces the default loading screen. Only use one loading screen at a time.

Drag and drop one of the .package into your Mods folder. Then Enjoy a brand new custom loading screen. Its that simple, hope you like it!

Spread the word guys

Very disappointed in the Sims community and their very vocal distain towards Black Simmers for begging for a Caribbean/African themed world, especially because they're literally SO MANY American/European themed worlds...like there's even 3 Asian/2 Latinx themed worlds and we barely have 1, EVEN THE DAMN IMAGINARY STAR WARS WORLD BUT NO...we get edges, hairs, SOME clothing, but not a world? Like the closest thing we have to anything Caribbean is the St.Feu household that Maxis created, and even then that's JUST A HOUSEHOLD ON THE GALLERY. Stop silencing BLACK Simmers, like y'all show y'all asses every time we speak our opinions or real shit. A whole account was suspended because of the mass reporting just because a Black Simmer asked to be represented...I hate how even in the big year of 2025, over 25 years of The Sims, it's never enough being a Black Simmer.

this set has taken me a little longer than usual but i'm super proud of how it turned out. i spent time making new wood swatches that should match with other creators and i spent a LONG time making sure every wood swatch came with each colour swatch.
