I've been playing through the pokemon sv dlc the last few days and yeah I had the same reaction as ur tags..... oughhhdhd I love pokemon...... kieran my beloved lets get u some therapy

i just got tumblr today and immediately recognized ur art when looking around bc i saw it on google a few months ago and saved it, i love ur art sm especially the outfits, hair and colors!! do you have any tips for starting to learn to draw, i’m finding it hard to know how to make progress in any noticeable way :)

the way i learned how to draw was to try out different art programs til i found what was comfortable and easiest for me (i currently use sai) & and i used to use fire alpaca. i'd recommend art streams! as they motivate me and make me find the fun in art and i believe they could do that for others too. experimenting a lot is very helpful when it comes to art. different brushes, trying muted colors, bright colors, thin lines, thick lines, different eye styles, etc just seeing what feels most fun for you and what you would like your art style to be like!

for outfits i get inspired by pinterest/clothes i would love to own in real life. when it comes to progress you try different things and as you learn more you'll realize looking back that the progress comes naturally with time. i wish the best for you! above all else art should be fun and i hope you find the joy in it!
