Katliss: It's really quite incredible when you think about it. They say his grand magicks summoned the Crystal Tower into existence─pulled the entire thing out of thin air. 

 I was curios where this tower came from...

They out the "Warriors of Light" as a bad guys right off the bat.  I wonder who is actually responsible for this "flood" they talk of
