SIMSIE’S STARTER SAVE FILE VERSION 5.0 DOWNLOAD

The moment we have all been waiting for… the updated version of my Simsie Save. I finally finished fixing everything in Del Sol Valley, and I’m finally happy with it all and ready to share. This version took a lot more fixing than usual because the lots in Del Sol Valley were… special.

I “fixed” the entire Sims 4. I went in and renovated every community lot, filled every empty lot with new homes and locations, and created new CC free townies to fill every empty house in the game. 

What’s included?  - 34 brand new lots  - Renovated versions of every EA community lot  - 65 new townie families (all with skills, careers, relationships, & stories)

What’s new in this version?  - 5 new households  - 3 new community lots in Newcrest (Two restaurants and a bar/bowling alley)  - Renovations of every lot in Del Sol Valley  - New lots to replace Mirage Park  - Fixed broken Police Station  - Now starts on first day of Summer at 6am

Maristella Plus (Save File)

Maristella Plus is a re-do of Oasis Springs that also includes the lots (but not the households) from my Newlyn Hills (Newcrest), Blythe Harbor (Willow Creek), and Lynport (Magnolia Promenade) worlds, as well some bonus lots for the rest of the worlds.

Maristella itself was inspired by Southern California, namely cities like Palm Springs, San Diego, and Los Angeles. It’s a mix of hipster and hippie-ish, with a variety of families and single Sims. You can see more pics of the households and individual lots by visiting my Maristella tag.

The Sims in this save file are a mix of the EA pre-made households and households that I’ve created. Most of the pre-mades in the worlds I redid are on their same lot (different house) except for the Goths who had to move since their lot became a cafe. The Oasis Springs pre-mades aren’t living in any world (aside from Johnny Zest who got a makeover and more trailers on his lot). Also I deleted the pre-made vampire households because I didn’t want the save becoming a vamp fest. ;) Feel free to delete or edit any of the households/Sims as you wish.

Parenthood Proximity Buff System Applied To Other Relationships

Have you present how Parenthood introduced that little buff Sims get from having a bad or good relationship with a family member?

I went in, and applied the same logic to all the relationships in game.

I was meaning to post it on MTS after my Vampires Mod but whatever…

What is this mod?

This mod will make so that every decision you take will have (mostly) long term consequences. No more breaking up in the morning, getting the bar up again in the afternoon, and getting married again in the evening… because the Sim you break up with will get a proximity buff around your Sim, as will your Sims around them.

Once a Sim gets the lovebirds relationship bit with someone (unless they have a past together already, broken up Sims get other emotions, more on this later), both of them will feel like this around each other:

The first thing I wanted to do when playing with Realm of Magic was build a family home! I adore the new build-buy objects. But it isn’t furnished yet. The upstairs turned out a bit smaller then I wanted so it might end up as a one bedroom. My favorite part of Glimmerbrook so far is how gorgeous the lighting is! No need for a reshade! Anyhow, this place will be up on the gallery tonight if all goes according to plan.

like many simmers i suffer from indulging in CC a little too much, which caused me game to take an hours to load. some people give you bullshit about how taking “special” letters out of file names will make it run faster, and the truth is it won’t. i’ve tried, i still do it but it has changed nothing. maybe its worked for someone else but not me. anyway, i found something better, so i’m gonna give ya the 411.  you gonna hit em with one of these

The response I’ve gotten from sharing screenshots of my mermaids has been crazy and I didn’t expect the amount of comments/questions I’ve gotten haha. Thank you all so much for the comments, I do appreciate it a lot!

Please find below a masterlist of all the CC I’ve used in my game to create my mermaids as well as some CC I haven’t used yet but is in my game. 

I won’t be answering any WCIFs that ask about mermaid stuff because it should all be listed here. If I miss something then fair enough and if it’s a WCIF that’s on a mermaid but not specifically mermaid CC (like hair, for example) I will do a separate WCIF post for that.
