Peter doesn’t need her, he has Wendy. The little minx was given a gift by Maleficent, the gift of mortality. She’s a HUMAN, but the witch forgot to give her one single thing: A voice. So when she SPEAKS, it sounds like bells ringing. Seeing as though in Peter Pan, Tinkerbell is unable to talk to humans and rather they just hear a little bell ringing, I will make Tink MUTE, meaning she does NOT SPEAK, BUT SHE CAN HEAR. So your character can interact with her but understanding her point of view may be hard. She does know ASL(american sign language), and she carries a pen and paper if the person she’s speaking to does not understand ASL.
