Why is it that I'm childish asf but I also feel so mature? All my memories from when I was younger are so vague that I genuinely thought some of them were just dreams. Every time someone tells me an embarrassing story from when they were "a kid", it'll be from like 8th grade or when they were like 14 and I'm so confused because that was my prime. It feels like my entire life happened when I was only 11/12 and it's fucked up my psyche. I don't know how to say it, but I think I was way more mature in fifth grade than I am now.

a feel like the new generation of fanfic readers NEED to understand that clicking on a fic (interaction) does nothing. ao3 has no algorithm. your private discord discussions of fic do not reach the authors. if you do not actively engage with writers they will stop posting. this isn’t social media this is community.
