theyr really sweet together because Kid has always been Blackstar’s biggest supporter in becoming a god. And now Blackstar dives headfirst into madness and saves Kid from remembering how important having order in his life is. How meaningful his sisters and Blackstar are to his existence.

They are sooo.. i like to think there’s a hint of “your existence is too large for me to become nothingness” because of how complete the two make each other. Blackstar came to save Kid and also thank him for letting him reach his full potential and now he gets to help Kid develop his own identity of godhood. They both save each other and share so much appreciation, especially after Blackstar pledging himself to Kid that was crazy
