Hello lovelies, sorry for the silencio for a bit there. It's been one wild month. Definitely a roller coaster of emotions and unexpected change. I'm glad to be back and share some things that have kept me sane and alive these few days;

Steffany Gretzinger's new album "The Undoing"- WOW! Every song in this album is excellent and raises the hairs on my back! Please invest $10 and go get this entire album on iTunes! it will B L E S S your life! 

Mary Kay's Timewise Miracle set- Everything in this set is brilliant and sooooo moisturizing!

My beautiful and trustworthy friend/ sister, Jamie Higueros- thank you for being there for me through thick, thin, rich, and poor. I know I have a friend that will be real and honest with me yet love me and not judge me.

The passing of my amazing and humble grammy, Dalia Amaya- not having you here on earth with me anymore has truly centered me and my thoughts for my future. Not only do I have a different apprecitation for life now that you're gone but I now know that life is borrowed and not ours to selfish over. Thank you for being the God fearing woman you taught me to be and the inspriation you demostrated to be! Such an example of a strong willed, humble, loving woman! You are a Proverbs 31 woman!

My heaven sent family, mama and baby bear!- I know I am hard to understand and sometimes they wish they could get a little more loving out of me but at the end of the day, these 2 columns in my life are the reason why I go to work everyday and try my best at all I set my mind to do! Thank you for not giving up on me and putting up with me and loving me unconditionally.  

That's just a little bit of my world this past month! Have a blessed Labor Day weekend and always remember the worth you desire others to give you must be given by you first!

Change...

Greetings everyone. Speaking from the heart this morning; What a year this has been. And we are only half way in to 2014. This year has been a time of change and transformation not only spiritually & physically, but emotionally. Most often than not we fear change and put it off but change is so necessary and such an important part of growing up and maturing in every aspect of your life. We start in our mothers arms then move to rolling over on our tummies, eventually escalating to crawling, then taking our first steps. All that process requires change. If we can learn to embrace the change instead of running from it I firmly believe we would save ourselves of many headaches. Personally, I know I have gone through way more than planned because of my stubbornness and flesh driven mentality but by no means have I forgotten what all those experiences have taught me. The amazing thing about my walk with Christ has been that although change does come and many times it’s in the comfort of my life that all this change takes place; when I feel weak and hopeless I know my refuge is in The Lord and all my suffering and heartaches and tears will serve for an inspiring and life changing testimony. So today I encourage you to stay focused and press through that wall of fear, insecurities, and change and know that although what you’re going through may seem like hell, my friend, it’s not. A diamond is not considered an admirable rock until it has been processed through the fire and it’s rugged unpleasant edges have been refined. Let's strive to be better everyday. In every moment. I will hang on, press in, push through, and declare victory over your enemies and any chains you should not be carrying. Our God is greater than any circumstance.

Good morning mates, to all my fellow dallasites; how are you liking this weather? 72° in July? I'm not complaining, we needed this rain and cold front! All I'm saying is: God is ~P E R F E C T~ You will soon come to find out I have 2 obsessions; Starbucks & reading; so on a lazy cloudy Saturday like today why not do both?! My current read (thanks to Kelly of Kelly Hancock Event Planning) is #GIRLBOSS by CEO and founder of NASTY GAL, Sophia Amoruso. I'm only half way through the 1st chapter and I'm hooked!! Amoruso is so real and down to earth, really makes for a fun and inspiring read! I definitely recommend any entrepreneur woman or young lady looking into being a #girlboss to invest time into Amoruso's wisdom and advice. Stay warm and enjoy your weekend! xo sincerely, bee
