Don’t wanna spoil anything about the actual plot of this current WIP, but here’s a teaser of a Robin fic I’m working on

“We met in junior year. I took Tiny Tim here under my wing when he transferred to the school.” 

“For the record I didn’t need to be taken under anyone’s wing. You just sort of pounced.” 

Bernard shrugged and licked some chocolate gelato off a spoon. He was sitting at his desk in his dorm room, the phone propped against a stack of textbooks. The wall behind him was littered with photos Tim had taken and band posters from shows they had seen. His hair was still damp from his after workout shower and he was wearing a shirt he had stolen from Tim the last time he had spent the night at his place. “I may not have figured out I was queer yet, but a cute skater boy wandered into my field of vision.” He waved his fingers past his eyes with a grin. “Damn right I pounced.”

Because I absolutely love Bernard’s introduction in the comics

“Hey New Kid, I’m going to prowl around you and really scrutinise your identity while commenting about your physique. Don’t worry, it totally won’t change our lives in any meaningful way in the future!’
