Had a big fight with my boyfriend and it makes my stomach sick.
I can’t fix anything and it all started because I was reading into what he said too much. His joke hit a little to close to home basically.
And it spiraled from there.
I don’t like feeling misunderstood.
I don’t like being blamed for what anxiety does to my brain.
And I don’t like that my actions hurt someone I care about.
It is not a good day. And I wish I could turn the clock back a couple hours.
