This Guide will teach you to deepthroat like a good slut. You will learn to weaken your gag reflex until you can overcome it. To get access please visit patreon.com/ItsyBitsySissy Chapter 1 - What you’ll need To follow this Guide you’ll need a range of phalangeal objects (dildos, real cocks or similar things) in different sizes (especially diameters, they should all be at least long enough to reach your uvula). Starter item (Toothbrush, finger, …) For the first exercises I’ll teach you you can use your own finger, a toothbrush or a super-thin dildo.The ideal toothbrush would be one with a tongue scraper on the handle. Anyway make sure it can be put into your mouth both ways (so no sharp edges or splintering or dissolving materials on the handle). If you use your finger just make sure you clean it well first and you don’t have long or pointy nails. The perfect dildos The dildos should be as life-like as possible. Chapter 2 - Daily Throatbrushing Routine The goal of this exercise is to weaken your gag reflex and the trick is to get close to the region where the reflex would kick in, but not actually trigger the reflex.So here is how you do it: brush your teeth before flushing out the toothpaste, stick out your tongue and brush of all visible parts. You might already feel a little bit of the sensation that could cause you to gag (from here one out “gag sensation”), but if it gets strong you’re going to far. now flush your mouth and clean your brush - the handle too. stick out your tongue again and slowly slide in the handle of your brush until the gag sensation starts. Let it sit there for a while. If the feeling fades go in a bit further, however if you get close to gagging slowly slide out again. Don’t do it to fast or you’ll gag. Make this part of your daily mouth hygiene routine and you’ll see results soon. One by one you can add these additional steps: Put the handle of your brush in again and go as far as you can before getting critically close to gagging. Slide back out a tiny bit and then push the tongue down with the brush and say “Aaah”. If you do all that in front of a mirror you should now at the latest be able to see your uvula. Again if you feel the gag reflex coming slide back out slowly. Try the same as above but instead of pushing the tongue down start moving the handle back and forth in tiny movements. Then do the same with the brush instead of the handle. Now use the handle again and instead of sliding in on the tongue do it on the roof of your mouth. After a few days or weeks you should be able to reach your uvula or even the back of your throat without gagging. Then you’re ready to go on to the next chapter. Chapter 3 - Preparation for a Gagging Session In chapter two the goal was to weaken the gag sensation by getting close but not actually reaching the point where you’d gag, in the upcoming chapters we will try to reach the point but suppress gagging. But before doing that we have to prepare. So here are a few simple steps to do: drink lots of water 24-1 hour before the gagging session don’t eat anything the last 3 hours before the session don’t eat anything spicy or sour 24 hours before don’t drink more than a few sips the hour before If you follow these steps your stomach will be nearly empty and whatever is left inside won’t be too acidic. If however you do have acid reflux during your throat training stop immediately and if it happens regularly go to a doctor and ask for antacids. Also don’t forget to prepare your toys. Clean them with sextoy-antiseptics and lube them up with oral lube if you think you’ll need it. Chapter 4 - First time gagging I’m assuming you did your throatbrushing routine regularly at least for a few days now and noticed some progress? Good. Now that your gagging reflex is kicking in later and not as strong as it did before we’ll now try to trigger the reflex, but suppress it. Don’t do this or any of the following exercises shortly before or after your throatbrushing to make sure it’s effective. So now take your thinnest dildo that’s long enough to reach your throat (or your sausage or whatever), lube it up or make it wet with your saliva and slowly slide it in to your throat. Get to the point where your gag sensation gets strong and let it sit there for a while, then go on a bit. Go on until the gag reflex is triggered but force yourself not to pull the dildo out all the way. Do this a few times, but stop before your throat gets sore. Make it your goal to decrease the distance your dildo moves when you gag. When you can gag on your dildo without pulling it out even a bit then you’re ready for one of the next chapters (chapters 5-8 can be done in any order). Chapter 5 - Deeper In this chapter you’ll learn to go deeper into your throat. You’ll need a long dildo that is not too thick but quite flexible. Caution - Choking hazzard! If you go deep into your throat make sure you don’t accidentally swallow your dildo. So make sure it’s long enough that however deep you go a big portion is still outside so you have a tight grip. Also for this you’ll definitely need a realy didlo and not something you put a condom on. Condoms, while usually a very good thing, are dangerous in this situation. You can swallow them or they might even end up in your lungs! Ok, so you got your dildo that is safe to use? Good. This exercise is very simple. Slide your dildo in and go on a bit further then you ever did before. You may have done prior exercises standing up in front of the mirror. If you do this exercise like that you may find a physical blockage and you can’t go on. There is a simple solution: Change position. There is no one right position for deepthroating, try a few until you find the one(s) that work best for you. One position I can recommend though is lying on your back with your head hanging from the edge of your bed. This way there will be no blockage, but there is a downside: Your saliva will go into your nose (maybe use a clip to close it) and into your hair. Set your own goal for this exercise. Chapter 6 - Thicker In this chapter you’ll increase the girth of your dildo until you can deepthroat a big fat cock. There are two bottlenecks you’ll have to overcome: Your mouth and your throat. So there are two versions of this exercise. The first one you can do without having done chapter 5 first. Exercise 1: Start it standing up and slide a thick dildo inside as far as you can. If you trained well so far you will reach the physical blockage of your throat before reaching a point where your gag reflex causes you to stop. That is the goal. Go on to a thicker dildo. At some point the dildo will become too thick to easily reach your throat - your tongue and jawbone will block it. Now if the dildo that is blocked by your jaw is a big fat monster then you’ll probably not have to go on with this exercise. If however a medium-girth dildo already gets blocked by your jaw you’ll need to train your jaw or you won’t be able to deepthroat e.g. big black cocks. So do some jaw-relaxing exercises. Move it around, open and close, massage it with your fingers. Now open your mouth as far as it feels like the jaw is just hanging and not opened by force and breath deep breaths through your open mouth. Change the position of your tongue and try to find the place where the tongue won’t get in the way of your dildo. Now try your thick dildo again. Don’t force it in by pushing if from behind but rather try to get it to go on by moving your jaw and tongue. Don’t get discouraged. This is probably the hardest thing to overcome when learning to deepthroat. Try again and again, but don’t let yourself get stuck here but rather do other exercises too with a thinner dildo - they are more fun! Exercise 2: To do this exercise you’ll need to have finished chapter 5 or at least managed to get past your uvula with a thin dildo. Now simply increase the girth again until your dildo gets too thick to pass your uvula. Again - if that dildo is massive then you can be pleased with yourself - if it’s thinner than your partner’s cock and you want to really put their cock deep inside your throat then train on. There is no real trick here. Just train regularly, go further and further every time, don’t forget to try different positions. Also see if turning the dildo makes a difference - e.g. I have a thick dildo that is higher than wide when the tip faces me. If I turn it sideways I can get it deep inside my throat because the entrance to my throat is wider than high. Chapter 7 - Longer This chapter is about learning to keep the dildo/cock inside your throat as long as possible.
