Wow, I am in love!

Cirrus! My avian boi! Cirrus is a character i made a little while back but never gave him a solid design. But I did know that most of his design would consist of pastels which is exactly what happened ^^ 

I went through about three wings designs before becoming happy with this one, what do you guys think?
