Fr, am I really not the only one thinking about this, I've read a lot of fanfics and literally every one had something like this, no matter if it's hetero, yuri or gay, it's forgivable when there's very little such content in the fandom, and not when it's crawling out of every crack, I can only name one artist who was able to make candy out of this. Joining the Alien fandom was my best decision

Too many new writers in the yautja x reader tag have never interacted with a single movie, book, or comic, and it shows. A lot of the new fan fiction pieces water down yautja culture so that they can make the yautja's personality a copy past of those borderline abusive male love interests in romance fantasy novels.

No, I don't want to read about how your yautja misogynist reinforces human patriarchy 2.0 happen and how the reader is the human girl who shows him the error of his ways. Barf.

I could forgive it (because every fandom has this gross conservative shit) if it wasn't so boring, unoriginal, and didn't clog the tags to high hell.

So the tadpole sperm thing in the facehugger is the thing that grows into the chestburser, right? So because Kirsh removed it, the facehugger is basically shooting blanks.

Idk exactly what this screen is but it's presumably some kind of locking mechanism for the eggs. if Kirsh unlocks just that one red area, Slightly would have to take that specific egg (because all the others are locked). Therefore, if Kirsh sticks that facehugger back into the egg and allows Slightly to steal it, Morrow gets a useless egg and Kirsh hasn't fucked up the hostage situation by stopping the egg heist.
