I forgot my lunch bag at home and i’ll have to buy something because i have lunch with other adult coworkers and they can’t know i’m eating only 150 calories for lunch everyday.
i wanna kms because everything i can buy here is high calorie stuff or worse. things i don’t know how many cals they got.
I tried to escape by saying i forgot my wallet but they offered buying my lunch several times and sharing their own food with me. i need to ESCAPE

i’m not counting calories anymore or whatsoever. i’m trying to eat as little and healthy as possible without obsessing over food because obsession makes me hungry, and i start counting the minutes till my next meal.
Focusing on getting my work done the best way possible is keeping me out of obsessing over food so i guess it’s nice. also i’m working out a lot more than before and getting an average of 10k steps a day just at work.
so fucking tell my WHY i’m not losing ANY. is it the gym? is it water weight? or maybe im determined by fate to be f4t and gross for life. who knows
