Terrible Fanfiction Idea #47

 Fire Emblem: Three Houses but it’s an eighteenth-century gothic novel.

It takes place in the misty ruins of Garreg Mach Monastery.

Edelgard is the virtuous orphan, Claude is the mysterious foreigner, and Dimitri is the madwoman in the attic.

Marianne is the ghost. Bernadetta is the hermit in the woods. Ashe is a penitent banditti.

Hubert is the guy you know the author wants you to hate, but you secretly want him to end up with Edelgard even though he is literally the worst.

Ferdinand is the guy you think will end up with Edelgard until you learn halfway through the book that he already secretly married Dorothea in France, and he probably breaks out into a fever when this is revealed.  

Lorenz is the random boring dude who shows up in the last three chapters who actually marries Edelgard because he’s a paradigm of masculine virtue or some BS.

Seteth is the murderous monk who has a secret love child (Flayn, duh) and now he’s trying to seduce the virtuous nun, Mercedes. We also need a horny nun, so like, Hilda? All of these women have romantic subplots. Also, they all die.

Dedue is Dimitri’s vassal, and their relationship is not at all homoerotic. They just like doing normal sword things with their swords together. Dedue pledges a lot of undying love and fealty to Dimitri, just like constantly throughout the story. He also occasionally kisses Dimitri but like, in a totally straight way. One or both of them may die.

You know, let’s just all admit that the only person guaranteed to survive to the end of this story is Edelgard.

Actually, maybe not her either.

Ignatz shows up for like five minutes before a giant helmet falls from the sky and crushes him.

I recently discovered dark academia, and as much as I enjoy its vibe, I can’t help but think that if I had to define an aesthetic based on my doctoral experience, it would be flickering-fluorescent-bulb-in-a-windowless-carrel academia. Instead of vaulted ceilings and brooding dormitories, the walls are white, and you can still see the handprints of the last grad student who tried to escape.

I like his little sprite animations they make him look impish.,, like he’s gotta cause problems on purpose

His clothes are kinda boring but he’s got a cane!! Always love the cane (his poofy sleeve good tho)

The bits of hair in front of his face is cute

Pretty similar to Daggerfall design but again it’s literally a statue

Hair slicked back like he means business

Purple and yellow look GREAT TOGETHER

All the details and embellishment on his purple coat.,, the subtle asymmetry on the ripped parts of it and on his arms (there’s also his pants which are also asymmetrical)

Points for him teleporting u to ur death if u attack him that’s pretty sexy of him

King what did they do to you

It’s not his fault he’s ugly Skyrim is just too busy simping after the color gray

I like his outfit it’s not bad we still got the purple

It’s simple and not as extravagant as Oblivion’s but it gets the job done

His beard be looking snatched tho

He’s saving his better looks for TES6 I bet

Literally the same as Skyrim Sheo

Gets points for the subtle orange lines I can see on the sleeves and the fact that his face looks less crusty

Loses points for being literally the SAME BASIC DESIGN AS SKYRIM SHEO
