So, accusing Bruce Wayne of kid stealing in anything but a very light-hearted, humorous manner (and even then, context matters) is a type of antisemitism known as blood libel.

Blood libel is Jewish people being accused of stealing gentile children, and then draining and drinking their blood or otherwise sacrificing the children ritually. It has a lot of different variations, but common elements include: drinking human blood, blood magic, ritual sacrifice of gentiles (especially children), human sacrifice and stealing children.

Although blood libel is most easily traced to the 12th Century Christian Europe, there are instances of blood libel from 200 BCE. That said, it is very entwined with Christianity and European culture.

Generally what would happen is that a child would go missing, and any nearby Jewish families would be accused of taking said child. Then, with this as the pretext, the local community would kill the Jewish families.

Many, many, many people have died because of blood libel, and it is not a figment of the past - modern day blood libel is alive and well. In 2019, a gunman entered a synagogue in San Diego explicitly for blood libel, killing one and injuring others.

I reread Batman and Son yesterday, and got reminded that Tim didn't only get decked by Jason, but by Damian too. For pretty much the same reason. Poor kid got a rocky start with two out of three bros uh. At least he still has Dick.

Jumping in here to say that no. Bisexual doesn't mean literally two genders and to say "both" instead of is slightly worse as well because there's very much more then two genders.

Both of those definitions come from the idea that bisexual people cant date trans people and bisexuality is more just an umbrella term for anything that has multi attraction to it.
