Telling teenagers that it's totally normal if they feel sexual urges is not "moral decay". Showing and/or explaining to teenagers how condoms and other forms of birth control work is not "moral decay". Giving those condoms to or showing teenagers where/how to obtain them and other forms of birth control is not "moral decay". Choosing to actually teach kids a functioning form of sexual education that is WAY more successful at preventing STIs, unwanted pregnancies, and abortions than abstinence-only classes is not "moral decay". Choosing to risk the happiness, health, and even possibly lives of teenagers because of your personal beliefs, in my opinion, IS. You don't want your kid to learn anything other than "you'll get pregnant and die" or "your future husband won't love you if you have sex before marriage"? Homeschool them.
