One of my least favourite conversations to have with people is talking about music to someone who only listens to mainstream pop and will talk about how pop artists are good because they can sing.

Like im so glad we can talk about music and you will just tell me Mariah Carey is the best vocalist in existence because of her range and no one else compares while never listening to anything beyond the mono culture because you think 'if its not popular than its not good'.

I don't have anything against people who enjoy mainstream pop music or if their faves end up being a big named celebrity, but it always comes with some kind of condescension to people who don't enjoy that kind of music. Even if I sit there and say "its fine its just not for me" its like I am insulting greatness.

When I visited the event boat at around 4.30 PM on a week day, I saw a minimum of 50 players do the quest, gpose, roleplay, converse in shout chat or do the jumping puzzle.
