Soundwave and Megatron have known each other for ages. Seen the best, the worst and the downright embarrassing. When I say Soundwave is Megatron’s BFF I mean it. They are the definition of ride and die together. 

These two have their own signals - they wordlessly communicate everything they need to know. No one else ‘gets’ it, and it’s confusing as heck tbh, but it makes perfect sense to them.

That one meme with two people kissing and someone is taking a sip from their cup. That’s the SG Megs / SG Soundwave friendship vibe. Chaotic affectionate. 

They probably have some kind of ‘if we haven’t bonded by the time we reach ten million years we’ll bond each other’ deal going on. Think of the tax benefits! 

Went on a road-trip together once. Got smashed. Spent an entire day stuck on a roof together, sharing their darkest secrets (despite already knowing them) before they remembered they could simply FLY back down. 

Megatron is Ravage’s second parent. Freaking FIGHT me on this point.
