Menstration Magick
The interpretation of getting your period during specific lunar phases is often associated with symbolic and metaphoric meanings rather than a scientifically established connection.
Here are some general interpretations associated with menstruation and specific lunar phases:
Full Moon: The full moon represents the peak of the lunar cycle and is often associated with illumination, abundance, and heightened energy. Getting your period during a full moon can be seen as a time of release, letting go, and emotional cleansing.
New Moon: The new moon phase represents a fresh start, new beginnings, and potential for growth. Menstruating during a new moon may symbolize a time of renewal, introspection, and setting intentions for the upcoming cycle.
Waxing Crescent: The waxing crescent phase signifies growth, hope, and the manifestation of desires. If you get your period during this phase, it might be interpreted as a time of nurturing your inner desires and dreams.
First Quarter: The first quarter, also known as the half-moon or waxing half-moon, represents challenges, decision-making, and taking action. Menstruating during this phase could be seen as a time of confronting obstacles, making important choices, and embracing your personal power.
Waxing Gibbous: The waxing gibbous phase symbolizes progress, refinement, and further development. If you get your period during this phase, it might be viewed as a time of self-improvement, growth, and honing your skills or talents.
Waning Gibbous: The waning gibbous phase is associated with gratitude, reflection, and letting go. Menstruating during this phase could be seen as a time of releasing what no longer serves you, practicing self-care, and expressing gratitude for the experiences of the previous cycle.
Waning Crescent: The waning crescent phase represents surrender, rest, and preparation for a new beginning. If you get your period during this phase, it might be interpreted as a time of introspection, self-care, and embracing stillness before the next cycle begins.
It's important to note that these interpretations are subjective and influenced by personal beliefs, cultural backgrounds, and spiritual practices.
The meaning you assign to your period in relation to specific lunar phases is a personal choice, and it's up to you to explore and find what resonates with you on an individual level.

Ways to use Dragons blood
Dragon's blood is a bright red resin obtained from various plant species, often used in traditional medicine and for various purposes. While it is not derived from actual dragons, it has been given that name due to its appearance.
Here are a few common uses of dragon's blood:
1. Incense: Dragon's blood can be burned as incense. Light a piece of resin and allow it to smolder on a heat-resistant surface, such as a charcoal disc or incense burner. It produces a fragrant smoke that is often used for rituals, meditation, or simply to create a pleasant ambiance.
2. Healing properties: Dragon's blood has been used in traditional medicine for its purported healing properties. It can be applied topically in the form of creams or ointments for various skin conditions, including wounds, cuts, rashes, and insect bites. However, it's important to note that the efficacy of dragon's blood for medicinal purposes has not been extensively studied.
3. Energy cleansing: Some people believe that dragon's blood has purifying and protective properties. It is used to cleanse spaces or objects by sprinkling a few drops of dragon's blood oil or by burning dragon's blood incense.
4. Rituals and spellwork: Dragon's blood has a long history of use in spiritual and magical practices. It is believed to enhance spellcasting, provide protection, and boost personal power. It can be incorporated into rituals, spells, and amulets according to the specific tradition or belief system.
It's important to keep in mind that the usage of dragon's blood varies across cultures and practices. If you are considering using it, it's best to research and consult with experienced practitioners or resources that align with your specific interests and beliefs.

Crystals that are commonly used to help break bad habits:
Here is a list of 3 crystals that are used to help break bad habits
1. Amethyst: Amethyst is a purple crystal known for its calming and protective properties. It can help promote spiritual clarity and inner peace, which can be beneficial when trying to break bad habits. By enhancing your intuition and self-awareness, amethyst can aid in recognizing the patterns and triggers that contribute to the unwanted behavior. Additionally, its calming influence may reduce stress and anxiety, which can be significant factors in developing and maintaining bad habits.
2. Black Onyx: Black onyx is a powerful protective stone that can provide strength and support during times of change or personal growth. It is believed to boost willpower, self-discipline, and self-control, making it useful for overcoming addictive or harmful behaviors. Black onyx can help you stay focused on your goals and resist temptations, assisting you in breaking free from negative patterns and habits.
3. Clear Quartz: Clear quartz is often referred to as the "master healer" due to its ability to amplify energy and intentions. When working to break bad habits, clear quartz can be used to intensify your determination and commitment to positive change. By enhancing mental clarity and spiritual awareness, this crystal can help you gain a deeper understanding of your habits and their underlying causes, making it easier to address and overcome them.
It's essential to remember that while many people find comfort and support through crystal healing practices, their effectiveness is subjective and not scientifically proven. The power of crystals lies in their ability to serve as symbolic reminders of your intentions and goals, and they can complement other therapeutic approaches, but they should not be seen as a replacement for professional help when dealing with serious habits or addictions.
When using crystals, it's crucial to cleanse and charge them regularly to ensure their energies remain clear and aligned with your intentions. You can do this by placing them under running water, using moonlight or sunlight, or using other cleansing techniques, as per your preference and the crystal's properties.
