It's All Bullshit

Science tells us that what we perceive to be solid is actually made up of 99.9999% empty space, along with a few subatomic particles and a quark. Therefore, our perceived environment is simply a result of how the brain organizes raw data. Everything is energy, and, is constantly vibrating. Therefore, our concept of reality is an illusion.

The reason we can't put our hand through, say, a table, is that our electromagnetic charge is identical to that of the table. Therefore, the table resists our hand (opposite poles attact, like poles detract).
