“twenty steps are one calorie”
“if one biscuit has around 200 calories, the half of it has 100. that means if i eat a quarter, it’s only 50 calories.”
“to burn this apple i have to walk 1,600 steps”
“how many calories did i eat? how many did i burn? what’s my net? can i eat one grape or not?”
and it doesn’t stop.
you count, and count, and count.
until everything you see becomes numbers.
you become a number.
and it’s so hard to stop.

DIET & WORKOUT 🏃🏻🍉
Okay, so I’m at one point where I’m fed up. Fed up with myself, my being not capable of sticking to a diet and a workout, my being incapable of not binging.
Told this, by tomorrow, Monday 26/03/2018 I’m going to stick to my fucking personal diet and workout.
🍓 I’m going to drink at least 20 glasses of water for day
🍓 I’m aiming to stay above 600 calories per day (eating healthy food like veggies, fruits, and removing fat, sugar and carbohydrates)
🍓 I’m having to fast once in a week and I will have a binge day (more likely just breakfast or dinner) once in a week as well
MY WORKOUT 🏃🏻
Since I’m not a fan of workout (If I’m at the gym I’m more likely to become one)
At home my workout will be this:







I’m going to choose at least four exercises from each slide and do them two times.

Stages of Fasting
Stage 1: I feel really happy wow I’m going to be so skinny
Stage 2: I feel awful, my head hurts and I’m actually dying
Stage 3: This isn’t too bad I can do this!
Stage 4: Woah I feel high af, everything is okay!
Stage 5: I feel really dizzy
Stage 6: Eat sleep and repeat
