04. i am open to shipping , but i have some rules about this. i love writing ships , i will only be shipping with one version of a muse.I experience duplicate anxiety myself and this is so I don't make anyone feel like a number. additionally , if i notice you are spending more time on another bob then i may stop shipping. as i said earlier , duplicate anxiety plagues me to this is for my own comfort.

He'd just finished his most recent Rubix cube , for the fifth time that day. The level of intelligence Bob had was often misperceived , and for most of his life at that. When he was a kid , it had been from his parents preferring to ignore his existence. After he went and got kicked out , that had been thanks to his own bad decisions. People hadn't seen the real Bob in what he was pretty sure was his entire life. At least that had certainly been his experience. That had been changing the more he opened up around the team.

Turned out his therapist was right. Opening up about himself in turn would help him feel more confident. It wasn't always a sure fire success. But that was when he just reminded himself of what Yelena told him. Even if it doesn't fix it , it did help make things feel lighter. He didn't always feel confident , but the more he tried the easier it got. Before long , he was out in the common areas running through a puzzle , or working out a math equation for fun. In fact , this time he had been so engrossed in finishing the Rubix cube when the tiny blonde landed in his lap.

Eyes went wide and arms instinctively wrapped around her , the small puzzle falling out of his hands and onto the floor. The plastic toy would be fine , as would the assassin who landed in his lap like she either dove in or fell from the sky. For a moment , Bob glanced up to the ceiling just to make sure the latter wasn't the case. A bashful smile was soon to follow before nuzzling into her neck as he pulled Yelena close.

i'm starting to become more of a fan of cowboy bob as a concept on this blog , and it's not just because i have a cowboy fixation. if you think about it , while i'm sure he loves being with the team in new york , keeping his stress low and his mind more clear out in the country. things don't move as fast , and it's generally just free of the stresses that make bob afraid to leave the tower. not to mention , it'd be easier for him to learn things like flying and the use of his other powers if he's on a farm out somewhere where not as many people can get hurt. and i think his therapist gail would have suggested for when he doesn't need to be in new york. (it's not like he can just fly over there if he needs to real fast once he learns.) plus the country is a great place to go to be free of the ways he was used to getting drugs. i don't know that the serum would have cured him of his addiction , just keeps him from dying from it , so being out in the country for a time would help with that as well.
