Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla (1974)

One of my favorite Godzilla Kaiju battles. King Caesar battles MechaGodzilla first and gives it his best but is getting hammered by the MechaG’s arsenal of weapons. Then arrives Godzilla who comes in to help (tag-team) with King Caesar to fight MechaGodzilla. Ultimately, it’s Godzilla who turns the tide in the fight helping the “guardian of Okinawa” destroy the mechanical beast. I loved watching this as a kid and still enjoy the feeling of nostalgia watching again as an adult. Long live the King of the Monsters.

Backyard Baseball: the full Kids roster

I love this game but also Backyard Soccer, Backyard Football, Backyard Basketball, and Backyard Hockey. 

I can in particular recall back in 6th and 7th grade spending all my free time playing these games. Hours and hours. So much fun building my teams. I also loved when the Backyard Sports series added pro players into the various games as kids. That was great!! 

Even through high school and college I played when I could. I would also love to get to play these games again if I could. I certainly hope to figure out a way to do that in the future.

This next couple of notes are dedicated to their songs. This song brings out deep human emotions and thoughts. In parts of this song we see that before we go and die we think about what are we leaving behind. What is the legacy we leave? How will people remember us when were gone? I see how a person becomes scared of losing someone and walking into the unknown and new uncharted parts of life. We can see if those claim to be tough put that act on try to deal with pain, death and other issues in life as best as they can. At point we realize that we've never been perfect and neither have others. I don't want people to be sad or scared when I'm gone for good. I taken what life has given me rather good or bad. In the end when I leave this earth remember me for the good times and the many memories we shared. Leave out all the rest, I know I wasn't perfect, I now I couldn't always help, I didn't get to do everything i wanted, maybe I didn't live as long as I wanted, I died of unnatural causes, whatever. Let's settle our arguments and disagreements before it's too late. I forgive you for whatever! Why because Jesus forgave both you and I. It is about death. It is a deep mystery how each individual approaches death as it comes to knock on our hearts. The Sun (our life) will set. We don't know the time or hour, but God does. At times of loss of loved ones and nearing the time of our going it seems a large looming shadow hang over our heads and the day seems so long and grey. We start to lose hope, wonder if we lived a good life, miss our loved ones, and wonder what will happen next. People will cry for you and plead with you and God to stay, but it that time. Exit the stage of life! People will hold funerals in your memory when your gone, there will be a wake, story telling of your life, and your burial. Funerals I believe are for the living not the deceased. It is a way for them to cope together for your loss and console each other. In time your and my memory may disappear but, not forever. When the sun sets on your life it really is just beginning. Hopefully it will be a new life with a new and pure body with the Lord where the sun will never set. Or the alternative is complete isolation from God and it will be dismal and sun will never rise again your eternity will be grey and dark full of pain. When your personal Shadow of Day comes upon you, call out and accept Jesus, if you haven't already! It truly is greatest choice you'll ever make. I really want you to think about it! Think hard and choose for yourself! Hope to see you there and on that day when there will be no need for a sun, because of the brilliance of Jesus!

In Pieces.....this how most people feel when a relationship fails. It can be between friends, family, husband and wife, or boyfriend and girlfriend. When your heart is breaking because of the lies you are told it hurts to the core of your soul. You try to make it work but only see doubt on the others face. You first met and everything was great and smooth sailing then you hit rough waters and things took a nose dive. We can't be the ones who leave the relationship in pieces we must be bold and put our foot down and move on with our life cutting away a piece of our heart hoping to have it healed one day. The other is left in pieces and with their lies and secrets which they kept behind you. You fought for the relationship they didn't. You kept getting mixed signals about how you guys really were. It tough to leave the relationship with one the stuff they didn't take. Your put your heart and soul into and were let down and betrayed. You feel you can't breath and your heart aches for days. You can believe me when I say I feel all your pain and I'm so sorry that all you have to go through such pain. I know the hurt but, God will always love you and I. The essential human need and desire every human being has is to be loved or wanted in some way, shape, or form. God knows the desires of your hearts and wants to bless you with them. He wants you to love Him as much as He loves you. He understands that life can be unfair but He will always pick up the broken pieces of your heart and mind and fix them for you if you would only let Him.
