Bwahahaha, so glad you all approve! Half of those were spur of the moment, honestly. I only wish I had the tact and knack with computers everyone here has! But math and technology are unfortunately my only weakness. I guess I'll just settle for being a semantics superior. I could come up with other names if you ever need me to, just send me a link and I'll think. (Course, that's only if you need me to. Do all the packs have theme names yet? I had a few suggestions (in team order): Scout's Sox, Locks, and Gunbarrel set, Soldier's Ice Drill Sergeant Bundle, Pyro's Packing the Heat pack, Demo's Jingle Balls Bundle, Heavy's Polar Roller Pack, Engineer's Southerner's Scorn set, Medic's Panzerfrost Pack, Sniper's Hail/Hale Hunting Bundle, Spy's Colder Shoulder set.

Uh whichever way you want to do it is fine, probably. Just remember if you’re going to submit items to Valve that were made by more than one person you’ll have to figure out how to split up revenue if it gets accepted, I think.

It’s probably fine to make more than one pack for a specific class too (although too much more stuff for the Soldier is likely to piss people off at this point.)

Idk man I know I need some heavy critique on my Spy concept I made. I made an upgrade for it since Johann suggested one and I just kind of went and did it but I still need some critique on mine. Different people have submitted to Snowfort but no one really knows what’s gonna end up in the final deal. For example I have no idea if I’m even supposed to ask for critique because I don’t know if the team is even considering to accept my concept. What am I even saying I’ll just go now

I actually wanna keep your knife concept it’s one of my favorites. I’m not really sure honestly I’m a terrible boss and I suck at organizing stuff like this, maybe you should talk to sarca about it

End of August: Everyone decides what they're going to be working on and who they're going to be working on it with (if anyone). If you want to reply to or reblog this post with what you plan on doing, I can start setting up a page with a master list. Any quick concept art is good too.

End of September: First-pass models of everything, possibly in game with simple baked textures.

End of October: Final models, after a round of fierce critiquing.

End of November: Finished textures. (Also any jigglebones or particles you might want to add). Everyone can submit their packs or individual items to Valve.

Some time in December: Fancy downloadable release.
