I love open kitchens! I get all geeked out seeing culinary genuises hard at work. . . If they weren't in the middle of brunch service I would have sauntered myself right up to that counter. . . I walked into #south not knowing it was ANOTHER Bynum Brothers restaurant. But as I sat there a while I was like, "this place feels familiar." I asked the server and of course I was right! Their places have a very distinct feeling. . . If you're from #philly and don't know the #bynumbrothers you need to be introduced to their food quickly! (at SOUTH)
