guess the doctor who era

the doctor, travelling with a young blonde girl from london, meets a pretty american boy who originally had a mission, but ends up falling for the doctor. he kisses the doctor once and ends up sacrificing himself, but then gets abandoned there while the doctor continues his adventures with said young blonde girl. He shows up again, only to accidentally aid the sinister plan of the doctor’s enemy who is a time lord, and this time the doctor is traveling with a new companion who’s a woman of color and deserved so much better than she got in the end.
