Hiiiii, I’m Lilith! Most people know me by my moniker, LilithIsFat or Lilith London! 🖤
i’ve been a feedist my entire life. i’ve been creating feedist content since 2018, but have been fairly concentrated to a few places/sites.
I am *actively* gaining weight & have high goals for gains. I am both a feedee & a feeder!
I’m a top generally & a mommy domme. I love nurturing & domestic feedism. I’m into almost *everything* feedism related. Gaining, stuffing, bloating, expansion, slob, immobility, morbid feedism, efro, clothes destruction.....everything.
I’ve put on over 100 pounds since starting to gain! I plan to put on hundreds more.
i’m non-binary and use they/them pronouns. i’m single & polyamorous
my favorite foods are: everything. I’m a vacuum cleaner. I eat everything put in front of me, my only desire is that if it’s meant to be hot, it’s hot, if it’s meant to be cold - it’s cold! With that said I love greasy burgers (no less than 3 patties), buttered pasta, sweets & anything covered in cheese.
i’m into video games, tv/movies, i make zines, love graphic novels & all hobbies you can do from a bed.

Healthy high calorie shake
Frozen bananas should be the base. Chop & freeze them when they get spots.
3-4 Bananas: 300-400 calories  (if you use unfrozen bananas, add ice)
LIQUID: (can mix and match from this category as desired)
Heavy Cream: 800 calories per cup Silk Heavy Whipping Cream: 720 calories per cup Canned Coconut Milk: 400 calories per cup Whole Milk: 150 calories per cup Pacific Oat Milk: 130 calories per cup
FAT: (1-2 from this category)
½ cup  nuts: 392 calories 1 avocado: 322 calories 2 T Flax Oil:  240 calories 2 T Olive Oil:  238 calories 2 T Coconut oil: 234 calories 2 T Peanut Butter: 190 calories (can use any kind of nut butter) 1 cup Whole Yogurt: 160 calories 
EXTRAS:
Berries to taste, or any frozen fruit like pineapple
Raw spinach or raw kale (need a good blender like vitamix)
Whey or Pea Protein helps you not crash from the sugar in the bananas
Can also add ground oats for extra carbs: ½ cup is 150 calories
