Táo relationship with some other cubs that live on mount huaguo. Even as a hybrid, she as somewhere she will always belong.

This was originally one of my practice comic panels from when I was first doing different studies. I ended up redoing some of the panels so if my art style looks like it’s changed a little bit on the last two that is why I didn’t want to redo the whole thing so I got a little lazy lol .

I have been studying how to draw characters, monkeys, and comics for the past few months. This is the first one that I am actually happy with how it turned out. If anyone noticed, I have been working on improving my art style with some success I think. The reason I have been pushing myself so hard? Because I want to start creating comics of my characters more! I struggled a lot because I can’t see images in my head… I know what I am thinking of but I can’t visualize it like must people can.

Yes this is based off that one video lol. I imagine that Sun Wukong would be that kind of dad, lol. Also sneak peak of Táo’s mother, Azuka.

Ended up watching the movie for a second time with my sister. Of course ended up sketching and drawing portraits of probably my favorite character. Might turn these into prints or stickers, not sure yet.

These are some sketches I probably should not finish, more for planning out what I want. This is an Au where my character Táo gets sent to the past during the Journey to the west. Where she has to deal with the worst version of her father, #sunwukong and his companions as they all grow thoughout the story. She is a kid during this so it explores the idea of learning that someone you see as your hero wasn’t the best person like you know them. Working on my art style as well.

My design of sun wukong the monkey king and great sage equal to heaven from journey to the west this was a very quick and basic design. That’ll probably change a lot, but I wanted to get the core features down.

A very simple pose drawing of Mami Tomoe from Madoka Magica. Probably my favorite character. Question Do you guys think she thinks kyubey as her savior. Yes it was her wish but if kyubey didn’t show up… Makes her story even more sad.

Just a quick version of my Destined One, I would like to imagine he would start looking more and more like Wukong as the game goes on but this is what I imagine he starts off as. His face and build is the same as Wukong but the coloring is different and he prefers not to talk

I am constantly changing things as I go but here are some fun facts!

Táo doesn’t wear shoes cause she finds them constricting, She prefers to feel the ground with since she finds it helps know where she is and focus.

She has difficulty focusing on things she doesn’t find interesting but give 100% if something does.

She gets annoyed when people think the markings on her face are makeup or fake, Sadly they are a part of her skin.

The golden gradient in her hair shows up no matter how she cuts her hair or styles it. If she cuts it short, it will show up the next day.

She often fidgets with tail or clothes, often grabbing her pants or bottom of her top. With her tail she will often sit down and brush her fingers through it.

Did I character an OC that is the daughter of Sun Wukong, the monkey king? Yes. Did I also decide to make her half Saiyan because I can and my autism demands it? Also very much yes. Her name is Sun Táo which just translates to Sun Peach basically. Also artstyle update! I want to make different versions of her based of the different versions of Wukong.

Name: Sun Táo

Race/Species: Half-Saiyan (from her mother)/Half celestial monkey (from her father, Sun Wukong.)

Physical Appearance: With her vibrant, untamed black hair with golden tips tied in a high ponytail and piercing dark golden eyes, Tao exudes a fiery aura. She has dark tan skin with small round orange circles in the corner of her eyes. Her tail, is a chestnut brown in color, she is athletic. She is the daughter the Monkey King, Sun Wukong.

Personality: Cocky and impulsive, Tao's fiery spirit often leads her into trouble, but has a good heart.

Did I make a Sonic OC because I saw the movie? Yes. Did I make her Shadow’s little sister, so he can have some happiness in his life and family? Also yea very much. Her name is Ciara

Background: Ciara was born and raised on Space Colony ARK, the same place her brother Shadow was created. Unlike Shadow, she was not a direct participant in Project Shadow, but rather a secret experiment conducted by Gerald Robotnik, So Shadow wouldn’t be alone in his existence. Ciara's existence remained hidden until she escaped the colony's destruction by being put in stasis.
